ВВЕДЕНИЕ

Актуальность темы исследования. Рост концентрации парниковых газов (ПГ) в атмосфере, ведущий к изменению климата, вызывают необходимость оценок пулов и потоков углерода между атмосферой и наземными экосистемами, а также их временной динамики для выработки механизмов митигации (смягчения) последствий этого процесса (IPCC, 2023; Pan et al., 2024). Особая роль в регулировании содержания ПГ принадлежит бореальным лесам, в которых сосредоточено порядка трети от мировых запасов углерода лесных экосистем (Pan et al., 2011; Bradshaw, Warkentin, 2015; Merilä et al., 2024). Вместе с тем существуют опасения, что вследствие более быстрого роста температуры воздуха этот регион потенциально может превратиться в крупный источник парниковых (в первую очередь углеродсодержащих) газов, что требует расширения системы мониторинга для расчета поглотительной емкости экосистем высоких широт (Швиденко, Щепащенко, 2014; Ольчев и др., 2024).

На территории России сосредоточено около 20% от мировой площади

лесов (FAO, 2020), что свидетельствует об их значительном вкладе как в

глобальный углеродный цикл, так и круговорот веществ (Shvidenko, Nilsson,

2003; Filipchuk et al., 2018). С целью реализации положений Парижского

соглашения по климату - межправительственного соглашения, регулирующего

меры по снижению концентрации и накоплению в атмосфере ПГ,

ратифицированного Российской Федерацией, принят Указ Президента

Российской Федерации от 4 ноября 2020 г. № 666 «О сокращении выбросов

парниковых газов», одной из задач которого является «к 2030 г. сокращение

выбросов парниковых газов до 70 процентов относительно уровня 1990 г. с

учетом максимально возможной поглощающей способности лесов и иных

экосистем и при условии устойчивого и сбалансированного социально-

экономического развития Российской Федерации» (Романовская, 2023).

Следует отметить, что к настоящему времени для территории страны

существуют оценки пулов углерода в фитомассе лесов (Замолодчиков и др.,

1998; Замолодчиков и др., 2011; Швиденко, Щепащенко, 2014; Filipchuk et а1., 2023 и др.), почвенном блоке (Честных и др., 2004; Щепащенко и др., 2013; МикЬоЛоуа et а1., 2015; Чернова и др., 2020; Честных и др., 2022 и др.), крупных древесных остатках (Замолодчиков, 2009; Швиденко и др., 2009; Малышева и др., 2019 и др.). Расчеты поглощения СО2 в процессе нетто-продукции лесов охарактеризованы в работах (Замолодчиков, Уткин, 2000; Б^^ёепко et а1., 2008; Замолодчиков и др., 2011), а его возврат в атмосферу с дыханием почвы обсуждается в (Кудеяров, Курганова, 2005; МикЬоЛоуа et а1., 2021 и др.). В исследованиях, обобщающих пулы и потоки углерода в экосистемах России, делается вывод, что экспертные оценки резервуаров углерода стремятся к сходимости, за исключением запасов в древесном дебрисе, тогда как вариация потоков более значительна, что во многом обусловлено разнообразием факторов, влияющих на отдельные компоненты круговорота углерода (Пулы..., 2007; Швиденко, Щепащенко, 2014; БЛар^ГГ et а1., 2016). Следовательно, характеристика этих взаимосвязей позволит раскрыть основные механизмы оборота ПГ в лесных экосистемах с целью управления углеродным балансом силами лесного хозяйства в рамках стратегии низкоуглеродного развития, что позволит достичь углеродной нейтральности и смягчить негативные эффекты изменения климата (Лукина, 2020; ОпИ et а1., 2020; 01Леу, Ои1еу 2024).

В настоящее время накоплено достаточно много данных, описывающих

отдельные пулы углерода на уровне экосистемы, ландшафта или региона.

Однако, отмечается меньшее количество сведений по потокам углерода в

процессе нетто-продукции и деструкции органического вещества (ОВ), а

характеристики полного бюджета углерода, в том числе в экосистемах,

подвергшихся антропогенному воздействию, редки. Это требует проведения

экспериментальных работ, с целью выявления закономерностей и

взаимосвязей между составляющими углеродного цикла и факторами среды,

что позволит снизить неопределённости модельных прогнозов круговорота

углерода на территории крупных регионов и стран, в том числе и с

использованием данных дистанционного зондирования лесов. Получение подобных результатов также необходимо для обоснования допустимого уровня антропогенных выбросов ПГ для достижения углеродной нейтральности (Ольчев, 2025).

Степень разработанности темы. Изучению биологической продуктивности сосновых лесов в бореальной зоне и отдельных компонентов круговорота углерода в них посвящены работы (Уткин, 1975; Казимиров и др., 1977; Бобкова, 1987; Лукина, Никонов, 1996; Курбанов, 2002; Kolari et al., 2004; Бобкова, 2005; Синькевич и др., 2009; Осипов, 2013; Hansson et al., 2013; Bhatti, Jassal, 2014; Park, 2015; Бахмет, 2018; Кутявин, 2018; Осипов, 2018; Ярмишко, Игнатьева, 2020; Osipov et al., 2021; Клевцов и др., 2023; Makhnykina et al., 2024 и др.). Однако, комплексные оценки бюджета углерода сосняков с оценкой их роли как стока или источника немногочисленны (Ведрова, 2002; Трефилова и др., 2011 и др.). Трансформация цикла углерода после сплошных рубок исследована слабо (Ведрова и др., 2010; Придача, Семин, 2023; Aun et al., 2025 и др.), а значимое внимание уделяется оценкам биоразнообразия и процессам возобновления древесных растений, формирующихся экосистем (Ильчуков, 2003, Крышень и др., 2018; Lunde et al., 2025 и др.). Следовательно, получение данных о динамике накопления углерода в сосняках, выявление взаимосвязи компонентов его круговорота с абиотическими и биотическими факторами, а также влияния хозяйственной деятельности продолжает оставаться актуальной задачей.

Цель - комплексная оценка динамики биологической продуктивности и углеродного цикла сосняков европейского северо-востока России для разработки научных основ прогноза и интеграции в систему учёта углеродного бюджета бореальных лесов.

Задачи:

1. Провести комплексный анализ запасов углерода в фитомассе, крупных древесных остатках, его накопления в процессе нетто-продукции в

фитоценозах северо- и среднетаежных сосняков и раскрыть роль условий произрастания и стадии возрастного развития;

2. Определить влияние экотопических факторов на поступление углерода с растительным опадом и разработать подход к моделированию потока органического вещества из древесных растений на поверхность почв сосняков, используя лесотаксационные данные;

3. Обобщить информацию по запасам углерода в почвах сосняков и выявить значение широтной зональности и лесорастительных условий;

4. Раскрыть экотопические и сезонные закономерности эмиссии СО2 с поверхности почв сосняков и сформировать методологию моделирования поступления углерода с дыханием почвы в атмосферу;

5. Провести интегральную оценку влияния условий произрастания и стадии развития на бюджет углерода сосняков;

6. Охарактеризовать механизмы и направления трансформации ключевых компонентов круговорота углерода в сосняках, подвергшихся сплошной рубке.

Научная новизна и теоретическая значимость работы. Впервые для

северо-востока европейской части России на основе системного подхода

показано влияние условий произрастания и стадии развития древостоя на

запасы и распределение углерода по отдельным пулам в экосистемах сосняков,

в том числе в процессе многолетней динамики развития насаждений.

Выявлены закономерности потоков углерода в процессе нетто-продукции

органического вещества, поступления его с опадом и выделения в атмосферу

с дыханием почвы в зависимости от экологических факторов. Предложен

новый подход к моделированию количества древесного опада на основе

таксационных характеристик древостоя и разработаны уравнения для оценки

поступления СО2 из почв в атмосферу. Впервые в условиях севера лесной зоны

определена роль зимних месяцев и высоты снежного покрова в годовом

поступлении СО2 из почв сосняков и их вырубок в атмосферу. Расчеты

бюджета углерода сосняков на разных этапах их развития с учетом условий

произрастания и комплексный анализ трансформация пулов и потоков углерода при промышленных рубках сосняков являются пионерными для севера таежной зоны. Полученные материалы о запасах углерода и их динамике внесут существенный вклад в развитие теории лесообразовательного процесса и биологического круговорота углерода в процессе естественного развития фитоценозов, обеспечивая базу для формирования эффективных мер по сохранению и восстановлению природных экосистем. Данные о поступлении опада позволят прогнозировать накопление ОВ в почвах, что улучшит понимание функционирования сосняков севера таежной зоны в условиях изменяющегося климата.

Практическая значимость работы. Разработанные регрессионные модели и конверсионные коэффициенты применимы при оценке запасов углерода в древостоях и его потоков в процессе нетто-продукции, поступления с опадом и дыхания почвы сосняков Европейского Севера России. Выявленные закономерности могут быть использованы при разработке методических рекомендаций по организации лесохозяйственных мероприятий для регулирования секвестрации углерода сосновыми экосистемами в процессе развития. Результатами исследований возможно оперировать при верификации и разработке моделей, дешифрировании данных дистанционного зондирования Земли для оценки углеродного цикла бореальных лесов. Прикладной аспект также заключается в количественной оценке и разработке научно обоснованной стратегии учета лесных ресурсов, в том числе недревесных.

Методология и методы исследований. Исследования углеродного бюджета и динамики развития сосняков основано на оценках биологической продуктивности фитоценозов и данных полевых измерений дыхания почвы с использованием современного оборудования (газоанализатор Ы-8100, автоматические регистраторы данных НОВО) на сети постоянных пробных площадей.

Положения, выносимые на защиту:

1. Условия увлажнения почвы определяют вклад отдельных пулов в общие запасы углерода экосистем сосняков и темпы развития древостоев.

2. Поступление древесного опада на поверхность почвы относительно постоянно в пределах возрастной группы и зависит от продуктивности древостоя, показатели которого послужат предикторами при модельных оценках этого потока.

3. Погодные условия (температура воздуха и осадки) определяют выделение СО2 с поверхности почвы в атмосферу, воздействуя на температурный отклик дыхания почвы (коэффициент Рю) и высоту снежного покрова.

4. Сплошная рубка сосняка приводит к доминированию растений напочвенного покрова в нетто-продукции углерода и его поступлении с опадом. Заготовка древесины снижает температурный отклик дыхания почвы и вклад автотрофного компонента в эмиссию СО2 с поверхности почвы.

5. Спелые среднетаёжные сосняки на европейском северо-востоке России служат стоком для углерода атмосферы, тогда как сообщества, формирующиеся после сплошных рубок сосняков черничных в первые два десятилетия развития функционируют как источник.

Степень достоверности результатов. Работа выполнена на основе обширного экспериментального материала. При получении первичных данных, их обработке и анализе использовались как классические, многократно апробированные методы исследования, так и современное оборудование и программное обеспечение. Результаты представлены в статьях как в ведущих отечественных, так и зарубежных журналах, в которых проводится критическое рассмотрение и рецензирование работ признанными специалистами в соответствующих областях науки. Все вышеперечисленное свидетельствует об обоснованности и достоверности полученных результатов и сделанных выводов.

Апробация работы. Представленные в работе данные нашли отражение

Декларация личного участия. Диссертация является обобщением собственных исследований автора, проведенных с 2007 г. по 2024 г., а также сведений литературы по теме. Сбор и обработка экспериментальных данных о биологической продуктивности, массе опада, описание объектов исследований, включающее таксационные работы и закладку почвенных разрезов, а также измерение дыхания почвы выполнены лично автором, или при его непосредственном участии. Постановка целей, задач, разработка методологии исследований, статистическая обработка, интерпретация и представление результатов выполнены автором. Результаты изучения динамики развития сосняков опубликованы в совместных с участниками работ статьях, цитируемых в тексте диссертации.

Публикации результатов исследования. По результатам исследований опубликовано 102 научные работы, в том числе 32 статьи в изданиях, рекомендованных ВАК и две главы в коллективной монографии.

Структура и объем работы. Диссертация представлена на 430 страницах, включает 47 таблиц и 57 рисунков. Она состоит из введения, 9 глав, заключения, списка литературы и Приложений. При подготовке диссертации использовано 688 источников литературы, из которых 361 на иностранном языке.

Организация работ: Исследования проведены на постоянных и временных пробных площадях в разных типах сосняков в северной и средней тайги на территории европейского Северо-Востока России.

Работа выполнена на базе Института биологии ФИЦ Коми НЦ УрО РАН в рамках госбюджетных тем НИР отдела лесобиологических проблем Севера (2006 - 2008; 2009-2011; 2012-2014; 2015-2017; 2018-2021; 2022-2024) и научно-исследовательских проектов, связанных с получением дополнительного финансирования:

1.1 Биологическая продуктивность и пул углерода фитомассы лесов:

изученность, факторы и перспективы исследований

Под термином биологическая продуктивность понимается совокупность

фитомассы, представляющей собой массу растений на единице площади и

первичной продукции (NPP), которая показывает скорость образования

органического вещества на единице площади за определенный временной

промежуток (Усольцев, 2007; Lu et al., 2025). Следует отметить, что между

запасами фитомассы и темпами NPP существует прямая связь (Keeling,

Phillips, 2007; Pan et al., 2013). Осуществление Международной биологической

программы в 1960-х гг. привело к значительному накоплению эмпирических

данных по биологической продуктивности лесов практически во всех биомах

мира, после завершения которой эти результаты начинают обобщаться и

сводиться в базы данных, в том числе с учетом современных публикаций

(Уткин, 1970; Поздняков, 1975; Усольцев, 2011; 2020; 2023; Keith et al., 2009;

Schepaschenko et al., 2017; 2019 и др.). Значимости данным фитомассы в

настоящее время придает тот факт, что она является индикатором в

климатических исследованиях (Bojinski et al., 2014), служит для целей

устойчивого развития (Müller et al., 2015) и выполняет важную роль при

обеспечении населения различными видами ресурсов и услуг (Щепащенко и

др., 2017; Тебенькова и др., 2019; Bukvareva et al., 2019). Биологическая

продуктивность лесов в условиях глобального изменения климата определяет

практически все процессы функционирования экосистем и служит основой

для оценки запасов и скорости депонирования углерода (Уткин, 2003; Пулы...,

2007), что необходимо для разработки стратегии поглощения и длительного

сохранения углеродсодержащих парниковых газов в процессе интенсивного

ведения лесного хозяйства и оказания экосистемных услуг (Лескинен и др., 2020; Bukvareva et al., 2019; Ontl et al., 2020).

Анализ литературы по биологической продуктивности, запасам углерода и его поглощении в процессе нетто-продукции в сосновых экосистемах таежной зоны показал, что в условиях Карелии фитомасса насаждений в зависимости от стадии развития и типа леса, класса бонитета варьирует от 22.3 до 319.2 т га-1, а прирост органического вещества от 3.9 до 8.7 т га-1 год-1 (Медведева, 1974; Казимиров и др., 1977; Синькевич и др., 2009 и др.). Фитомасса в сосняках на Кольском полуострове изменяется от 55.0 до 136.8 т га-1, а прирост - от 3.7 до 8.7 т га-1 год-1 (Никонов, 1987; Лукина, Никонов, 1996; Катютин, Горшков, 2020; Ярмишко, Игнатьева, 2020 и др.). Авторами отмечено существенное влияние техногенного загрязнения на продуктивность лесов этого региона. Сосняки Архангельской области содержат в фитомассе 53.7247.7 т га-1 с годичным приростом 1.9-4.4 т га-1 год-1 (Молчанов, 1971; Вакуров, 1973; Чибисов, 1997 и др.). Исследования биологической продуктивности сосняков разных типов и стадий развития с учетом широтной зональности в Республике Коми представлены в работах (Надуткин, Модянов, 1972; Бобкова, 1987; 2005; Биопродукционный..., 2001; Осипов, 2013; Кутявин, 2018; Осипов, Бобкова, 2019; Осипов и др., 2022 и др.). Выявлено, что фитомасса древостоев в условиях северной тайги изменяется от 22 до 189 т га-1, средней от 78 до 166 т га-1, а нетто-продукция от 1.4 до 5.0 т га-1 год-1 и от 2.6 до 9.4 т га-1 год-1, соответственно. В Марий Эл и Кировской области запасы надземной фитомассы древостоев сосняков варьируют от 20 до 296 т га-1 (Курбанов, 2002). В фитомассе сосняков Сибири сосредоточено 21-275 т га-1, а годичная продукция составляет 1.8-12.0 т га-1 год-1 органического вещества (Поздняков, 1975; Семечкина, 1978; Бузыкин, и др., 2002; Ведрова, 2002; Трефилова и др, 2011; Панов и др., 2012 и др.). Сосняки разных типов и возрастов в условиях Скандинавии запасают 7.4-251.0 т га-1, с годичным формированием органического вещества 3.7-13.9 т га-1 год-1 (Vanninen et al., 1996; Persson et al.,

2000; Helmisaari et al., 2002; Kolari et al., 2004; Wang et al., 2004 и др.).

Большой разброс запасов фитомассы и нетто-продукции сосняков обуславливает комплекс взаимообусловленных факторов. Так, в глобальном масштабе температура воздуха определяет запасы и распределение фитомассы по фракциям в зональном аспекте, что заключается в сокращении ее запасов и возрастании роли корней при уменьшении среднегодовой температуры воздуха, которое связано с необходимостью увеличения потребления элементов минерального питания из почвы (Reich et al., 2014). Сходные данные о влиянии низких температур на соотношение надземной и подземной фитомассы нескольких видов рода Pinus, пихты, березы и осины в Евразии получены В.А. Усольцевым, И.С. Цепордеем (2022). Зависимость фитомассы рода Pinus, березы и пихты от климатических условий Евразии выявлены в ряде работ, которые показывали сокращение ее запасов при понижении температуры воздуха и увеличения влажности (Usoltsev et al., 2022a; 2022b). При анализе влияния среднегодовой температуры воздуха на нетто-продукцию установлена отрицательная ее взаимосвязь с участием листвы и корней в общем накоплении фитомассы, тогда как для прироста ветвей и стволов она положительная (Song et al., 2018). Сходные данные представлены (Lu et al., 2025), показавшими, что стабильная высокая температуры воздуха способствует доминирующей роли крон в нетто-продукции, тогда как значение света, увлажнения и минерального питания ниже. Следует отметить, что связь биологической продуктивности лесов с осадками менее выражена, а ее чувствительность достигает пиковых значений при годовом количестве осадков около 500 мм (Hsu et al., 2012) или же в экосистемах, испытывающих их дефицит (Chen et al., 2022). На уровне отдельной страны (на примере Южной Кореи) показано увеличение продуктивности сосняков при возрастании количества осадков, тогда как среднегодовая температура оказывала меньшее влияние (Kweon, Comeau, 2023). Для территории Российской Федерации показана положительная корреляция запасов древесины со среднегодовыми температурами и влажностью, которая убывает

по мере развития насаждения (Грабовский, Замолодчиков, 2019). В работе В.В.

Каганова с соавт. (2023) выявлена достоверная взаимосвязь между запасами фитомассы древостоев в южных (Астраханская, Белгородская, Волгоградская, Воронежская, Пензенская) областях России и гидротермическим коэффициентом Селянинова за май - октябрь, тогда как со среднегодовой температурой и количеством поступающих осадков она отсутствует.

Значимым фактором, оказывающим положительное влияние на

фитомассу, является разнообразие видов. Так, на глобальном уровне показано,

что потери биоразнообразия приведут к относительному снижению

продуктивности бореальных лесов Северной Америки, Северо-Восточной

Европы, Центральной Сибири и других биомов мира (Liang et al., 2016). Для

умеренных и тропических лесов показано, что разнообразие как отдельного

сообщества (а-разнообразие), так и между ними (ß-разнообразие)

определяется надземными запасами фитомассы в биоклиматических поясах

Китая (Yao et al., 2023). Положительная парная корреляция между надземными

запасами углерода в одновозрастных насаждениях Pinns sylvestris и индексами,

отражающими биоразнообразие сообществ выявлена на севере Турции

(Ercanli, 2018). Для сосновых экосистем Центральной Европы установлено,

что их продуктивность сильнее коррелировала с видовым богатством, чем со

свойствами почвы, характеризующими её плодородие (Sewerniak, 2020).

Вместе с тем автором показано, что связь с богатством почвы увеличивается

на менее плодородных подзолах. Теоретические данные находят применение в

практике лесного хозяйства. Так, рекомендация, заключающаяся в создании

яруса из ели под пологом сосняков для повышения их продуктивности, была

ранее предложена К.С. Бобковой (1987), а оптимальный состав подобного

смешанного древостоя Д.А. Даниловым и Д.Э. Рауповой (2024). Сходные

данные, свидетельствующие о повышении продуктивности культур различных

древесных пород путем их смешения представлены в ряде работ (Del Rio et al.,

2016; Holmström et al., 2018 и др. ). Можно предположить, что древесные виды,

введенные в состав древостоев, выполняют функцию подгона, способствуя

ускоренному росту главной породы (Энциклопедия..., 2006). Кроме того,
